Our Story

Welcome to Hixon,an independently owned restaurant and bar on the High Street of Salisbury, UK. We are situated a stones throw from Salisbury Cathedral, and focus on quality produce from as many local and fellow independents as possible. 

We strive to deliver delicious British fare using exceptional quality ingredients, cooked incredibly well, accompanied by equisite drinks, enjoyed in our beautiful venue. We also have an incredible Private Dining Room, which can be booked at no extra cost and seats up to 12 guests.
